It started as a bet at the kitchen table. A good peanut recipe, a claim that I'd never get it off the ground, and a stubborn streak that wouldn't let that stand.

So we're doing it properly — working through the registration and food safety steps the right way, roasting in small batches using 100% Australian grown peanuts, and flavouring everything by hand.

We're not trying to take over the world. You won't find us on a supermarket shelf — not now, not ever. This is a small family business, growing one batch, one flavour, and one market at a time, to see how far it goes. One day we'd love to sell online too. For now, this website is just here to explain who we are and what it's all about.

Where it all started. Simple, honest, and the reason this whole thing exists in the first place — good peanuts, roasted low and slow, salted just right.

Chocolate Nuts

Not chocolate-coated — a dry cocoa dusting, roasted right onto the nut. Verdict so far: the kids love them, Tom's wife is not yet convinced. Recipe still being tweaked. Watch this space.

Very Very Low Gluten Original

Same recipe everyone already loves, quietly re-worked to keep the gluten down to a rounding error. Still can't call it "gluten free" until a lab signs off — so for now, take our word and our best effort.
